We appreciate your use of Cingucell.com and understand that you may be concerned about your privacy when accessing sites on the Internet. Following is our privacy statement, which is designed to provide you with information on how we obtain, use and disseminate your information. Information Obtained when you join Cingucell.com

You will be asked for some personal information to complete your signup. The information you provide is not made available to the public or any third party other than Authorize.Net, which processes payments for Cingucell.com.

Sale of Member Information

We do NOT sell, share or give away any information about you.

Billing Information

We do NOT sell, share or give away any information regarding your credit card or other payment source. We do use a third party to process your membership payments, but neither that party nor ourselves provides such information to any third party. We reserve the right to provide such information to any law enforcement officials that make a legally binding request for said information.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Cingucell.com does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We never disclose information about a Customer to any other person or organization without your consent unless there is an emergency situation that requires it or we are legally required to do so.

Cingucell.com may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

From time-to-time, we may forward information to you regarding site developments, special promotions, press releases and other information. Your email will not be used for any other purpose with the exception of customer service responses. We will not provide, sell or share your email address to any third parties. If you wish to avoid receiving occasional mailings from us, simply opt-out of our email list as indicated on the site.

Cingucell.com reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. You are encouraged to check back with the site to ascertain whether any changes have occurred since you last reviewed the policy.

Guarantee

CingUCell.com guarantees that the service provided will meet the customers expectations under the following conditions:

  • The instructions provided with the service have been followed EXACTLY as stipulated
  • The target mobile phone is not already unlocked.
  • The software of the target mobile phone has never been altered, changed or tampered with in any way.
  • The phone has never undergone an attempted unlocking with codes in the past.
  • The information provided on the submission form when ordering the service is 100% accurate.
  • The target mobile phone is not stolen or blacklisted.
  • The IMEI number of the target mobile phone has never been altered, changed or tampered with in any way.
A refund shall not be warranted if all of these criteria are not met. CingUCell.com will attempt to solve any problem any customer may have while attempting to use our service, however liability for the success of the service lies solely with the consumer. Furthermore, CingUCell.com cannot guarantee that this service will enable the target handset to operate on any specific network. Certain handsets will only operate on certain networks due to different GSM network frequencies.

Problem Orders

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the target mobile phone and the network that the mobile phone is currently locked to is supported by our service. We may offer a credit note in specific circumstances, however a refund cannot be offered if the customer has paid and subsequently discovered that their handset and/or network is not supported by our service.

Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds on memberships to Cingucell.com.

In the event that the code provided fails to unlock a client's mobile phone, CingUCell.com will ask the client to confirm the details they provided when submitting the order are 100% accurate. In the event that the customer confirms that the submitted details are 100% accurate, CingUCell.com reserves the right to seek additional information to support the clients claim that the codes did not unlock their mobile phone. This may include the client sending the mobile phone to CingUCell.com for verification purposes or possibly making a video recording containing images of the phone in question, the IMEI number on the sticker in the rear of the phone in question, the IMEI number displayed on the screen of the phone in question and the client inserting an alternative SIM card and the resultant screen of the phone in question after it is switched on with the alternative SIM card inserted. These measures may seem extreme, however due to the electronic nature of our business, this is the best way to determine whether an unlock has been successful or not.
